How does a mobile pottery studio works?
Creating with clay has never been easier. COW brings the entire pottery experience to you—so all you have to do is show up and create.
1. Book Your Experience
Choose your date, location, and group size. We offer flexible options for private parties, corporate events, birthdays, team-building, and special gatherings. Not sure which setup fits your space? We’re happy to help.

2. We Bring the Studio to You
From clay and tools to tables and protection, we arrive fully equipped and ready to set up. Indoor or outdoor, small group or large—we transform your space into a pop-up pottery studio.
3. Create, Connect & Have Fun
Your guided session begins with hands-on instruction, followed by open creative time. Whether you’re making mugs, bowls, planters, or sculptural pieces, this is your time to relax, explore, and enjoy the process—no experience needed.
During the consultation we will work together to find a project that best suits your interests. We will provide options and are open to requests.
4. We Handle the Cleanup
When the session ends, we pack everything up and take your pieces for firing and finishing. No mess left behind—just great memories.
To ensure health and safety of our participants, the instructor wipes all surfaces of the space provide with clean water twice. No clay residue left behind.
5. We deliver Your Finished Pieces back to the hosts door step!
Once your pottery has been fired and glazed, your finished work is ready for delivery. A lasting, functional keepsake from a day well spent.
No need to wait weeks and travel out to pick up work. All parties include project delivery back to the host doorsteps.
6. Product Aftercare
All bookings include 30 min of additional project support, where the instructor will remove any crumbly bits that turn projects sharp, fix any cracks that are visible and just give each project a little love to ensure the best possible outcome. This includes keeping an eye on your groups work for 48-72 hrs to see if any problem occurs during the drying phase! Going above and beyond to provide the best outcome for your pieces!

Space Requirements
To ensure a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable pottery experience, a suitable workspace is required for each mobile session. We offer two group size options with the following minimum space requirements:
Option 1: Group of 6 Participants
Minimum space required: 9 ft x 6 ft
Suitable for indoor or outdoor settings
Ideal for smaller gatherings, private parties, and intimate creative sessions
Option 2: Group of 12 Participants
Minimum space required: 9 ft x 9 ft or 18 ft x 6 ft
Suitable for indoor or outdoor settings
Perfect for larger groups, team events, celebrations, and workshops
We welcome custom group sizes; consultation required prior to booking.
Refund Policy
All services require a 50% deposit
if cancelled 14 days in advance 100% refund will be issued
if cancelled 7 days in advance 50% refund will be issued
if cancelled 72 hrs or less no refund will be issued
if customer reschedules deposit can be transferred within 3 month from the original scheduled date. Anything longer a new deposit will be required.
